Dr. Hannah and his Dental Assistants are very good. I have had many new crowns over the past 2 years and they have been trouble free. The staff are very professional and caring about their care. They make sure I'm comfortable and happy with the crowns; color, bite and overall comfort and look. Natasha in the front office is amazing. She is always prepared and ready to explain the cost and the insurance information. I am so happy that my friend gave me this referral, I highly recommend their practice.

Dr Hanna was great! I was slightly nervous going in today but his knowledge and bedside manner has made it so much easier. He was great! I dont have to go back for wisdom teeth removal as all my teeth are officially gone but if I could book him for any other dentist needs, I definitely would! I would absolutely go to him for these needs! 1000% recommend.

I always look forward to going to the dentist. I think that anyone who has Dr. Hanna as their dentist must feel that way. He is kind and gentle and thoroughly explains exactly what we as patients, can expect. Dr. Hanna actually explained to me today that I have just two more appts with him, as my months long treatment will then be complete. I will truly miss Dr. Hanna and his wonderful staff.

Dr. Hanna is the best dentist I have ever been a patient of. My previous dentist would not fill a cavity because he said I couldn’t open my jaw wide enough. The dentist before that cauterized my gums when the numbing solution did not work. Dr. Hanna is literally the opposite of these previous dentists — he is personable, understanding, and even funny. He was able to calm me down completely when getting fillings as I was extremely anxious. I would recommend Dr. Hanna to all of my friends and family. I believe I’ll be a patient of his for a long time.

Terrible wait time, over 2 hours!!!
My 16 year old daughter was nervous to begin with. Then leaving her in a room with no explanation of what the hold up was. The 4 extractions were done in 15 minutes, why did it take so long?? We made the appointment a month earlier.

My wife called the office at 8 AM with a possible immediate need due to bleeding of the gum puncture since noon the previous day. Natashia initially set me with a appointment for noon but within 10 minutes called me back and ask if I could arrive when Dr. Hanna arrived. I arrived and was taken back within 10 minutes and seen by Dr. Hanna and out the door in less than 30 minutes. In my mind it wasn't a life emergency but bleeding for approx. 20 hours will get your attention. I thank Dr. Hanna and his staff for their attention. As a side note I have had joint replacement which requires taking antibiotics prior to dental procedure so uncontrolled bleeding in the mouth makes me concerned.

I’ve been going to Santee Dental since 2006 and Dr. Hanna is the third dentist I’ve seen here. He’s done 2 crowns and a filling for me now and I’m completely at ease when I go in. It took the doctor and the assistant one and a half hours to put in my permanent crowns. He and his staff have been working there less than a year. The dentist they bought out was excellent. We’re changing our insurance and will hopefully be there another month.

I appreciated Dr. Hanna's attention to the way the crown should fit my mouth. He took the time to assure it was right and wasn't afraid to have the lab prepare a better fitting crown. I have to wait a little longer, but better to wait few more weeks than to have to come back in a few months to get it fixed.
