Michelle is all the things you would hope, she is kind, compassionate, and caring. But what I feel sets her apart is her love for what she does! A session with Michelle isn’t just talking about what’s going on in your life. Time spent with Michelle is like talking to that person that listens and really hears you!! It’s like talking to that person you know will help guide and push you to dig deep and have your back at the same time. As a mom I have also found her expansive knowledge of children especially adolescents has helped me beyond words to build a stronger bond then I already had with my kids. Her gentle guidance has taught me to breath and her validation has given me the confidence that we sometimes lack as moms raising children. If you are looking for a therapist I strongly encourage you to reach out to Michelle. She will also give you the time to make sure that she is the right fit for you which again just proves that this is not just a job to her.
