Life-Changing Podiatric Care with Dr. Mohammad Usman After years of struggling with persistent foot pain and visiting countless specialists, I finally found relief with Dr. Mohammad Usman at Michigan Avenue Podiatry. From my very first appointment, I knew I was in the right hands. I was particularly anxious about my treatment options, but he took the time to explain everything clearly, addressing all my concerns with patience and empathy. His approach is holistic, considering not just the symptoms but the overall lifestyle and health goals. The quality of my daily life has significantly improved, and it’s all thanks to Dr. Usman. For anyone hesitant about seeking podiatric care, I can’t recommend Dr. Mohammad Usman enough. My only regret is not booking an appointment sooner. If you’re suffering from any foot or ankle issues, do yourself a favor and see Dr. Usman. It’s a decision that could truly change your life for the better, just as it did mine.

The. doctor was very helpful and competent and the office staff was friendly and proficient.
Went to the office, told Suite 110. Went to a suite 110, they said the dr was in suite 107. Went to 107, locked. Almost all the doors on that floor were locked. Nick Shirley should come to Illinois.
had no record from zocdoc of this appt. i called in advance; again, no record, didn't know what zocdoc was. waste of my time and effort.

I’ve only read horror stories about doctors but never lived one till I met this doctor. The wait was short and the visit was even shorter. He examined my foot and told me what I had was bad and all i can do is control my sugar. I can appreciate bluntness but there was no follow up or options. Just control my sugar. I had to really dive in deep with questions only to get confused looks on his face of he had no idea how to answer them. I would get more information about my condition from an Alexa device. Save your money and go to a podiatrist thats educated.

Office floor inside was covered in water. The ceiling had active water coming down into the lobby. The location should be closed for repairs. The receptionist was dismissive at best. My appt was booked over a week but no one called to advise Dr was out of network but listed as in network. Out of pocket cost was over 60% it was a waste of time. As a state employee with exceptional insurance why would I pay out of pocket. The entire experience was literally unreal and unprofessional. It did not feel like a Drs office.
Came to office for my appointment only to see that the office was closed. I was not given any notice, or at least an explanation. Definitely a waste of time and gas.
