I met with Dr. Kelly’s NP Nathan (which I knew ahead of time) as I needed to get an appt in so I booked first avail (my regularly GP & the rest of the staff are great so I figured he would be too). He was incredibly off-putting including calling young people who live downtown “yuppies” & implied that we are selfish for not caring about “vulnerable populations” while pressuring me into a flu shot. After I articulated why I would not be getting one he pushed the issue a few more times & told me it made him look bad before I firmly shut it down. He spoke down to me & asked quite condescendingly if I understood basic concepts in fitness despite telling him I work out regularly. He also was very “concerned” about my Xanax prescription (use under 30 pills a year) & lectured me on the risk of addiction, while simultaneously not articulating any of those same risks for a diff. drug that is highly addictive. All around horrible appt & will not be seeing him again.

While I wasn't seen by Jeannette Kelly herself, I was seen by Nathan Jent, PA, and he was wonderful. All of the staff were very kind and thoughtful, and did a wonderful job of listening and explaining what to be aware of. I would absolutely go back again!

Well, the appointment was very well. It went very good. I’m I’m happy they’re open on Saturdays most Saturdays so then that way it works best for me because I worked during the week so it works good when they’re open on a Saturday so that I can get in there once a year on a Saturday.

I met with Lester Montesa, PA. He listened well and provided a well-considered opinion. He called me the next day to follow up with me. I don't know about the rest of the practice. But it they are like Lester, then it should be good.

You do not get to see the DR - you get set up with any PA that is available. I found that frustrating as I was set up with a male PA, and wasn't very comfortable. They were a great PA - but not what I agreed to.

I requested a female doctor / nurse practitioner, through ZocDoc and was seen by a man. Not that anything was personal - didn't need to de-robe but still needed to speak about female issues and I wanted the comfort of a woman.

I booked an appointment with a this doctor but I never saw her. I was only seen by a physician’s assistant both for the initial appointment and for the follow up, even after an MRI showed a serious injury.

They were amazing, took all the time answering my questions, they were not in a rush. They really listened to me and believed what I was sharing and were really knowledgeable and confident about the info they told me. They gave me lots of options for treatment and took the time to explain things to me and answered all of my questions. Also the the office was really clean and the receptionist was very friendly and service was quick.
