I was confused with the dual and different appointment times from the several text and email messages I received. I didn't realize the appointment for the hearing test was different/separate from my appointment with Dr. Riley. I missed the 2pm test appointment. The staff seemed friendly and on top of it. I was on time and was back to be seen by the doctor within 5 or so minutes. The doctor was also easy to talk to and communicated what he was doing and why as he was performing his tests. This made me feel more comfortable during my visit.

I was under the understanding that they’d be doing the food allergy test that day, but they just wanted to talk about it. I totally wasted fifty on a copay so they could tell me I should keep a food diary to figure out if I have allergies & didn’t recommend doing the back prick test. Please refund my copay!!

I would highly recommend this place, I told Allison exactly what I've been dealing with over the past 15+ years and she gave me the conclusion that I've been trying to get Drs to listen to me on so I can get on with the further testing that's needed to properly diagnose me.
