Didnt show up. Unreal. Was on the video call for a hour. Nothing. What if something was severly wrong. Thought no showing was insane to be honest. Internet connection isnt an excuse. Or atleast I should have been notified prior to setting that hour of my day aside.

I filled out all the forms with all the data that was needed. The provider either had no access to or no awareness of the forms.
She argued with me about my prescriptions, insinuated that I was lying and asked me to “show” her my prescription bottle.
She finally realized she was inputting the information in wrong and, without an apology, just kept going.
She answered her cell phone multiple times during our intake call.
It’s now been over 4 hours and my prescription STILL has not been sent to the pharmacy.
Zero stars.

Provider never sent a link to a video visit nor did he reach out. I attempted to call the office multiple times, along with other listed numbers, and I sent a complaint for assistance. This was the 3rd cancelation from a ZocDoc provider. I will never be using this service again.

Put all my information in set an appointment it said it accepted my insurance then today the appointment came and well it never happened because apparently he only takes private insurance. So not happy at all with the service I'll never use the service again.

Good experience with my new Doctor. I've been pretty manic and they were able to hear me and clearly see the help that I needed right away. Happy that I feel like I found the right person to truly see my symptoms and evaluate me properly on a regular basis. The struggle is real with insurance right now too so I'm glad that they were able to take mine and save me a ton in that sense as well.

I was sent an email the day before saying it was a video appointment then at the time of the appointment I was sent a link for directions to their office. Everything from booking, to loging in to the appointment, to booking a follow up, and getting medication was super smooth. Leroy is very thorough and about business, but without giving the vibe that he's just trying to move through the appointment. Can't recommend him enough!

This doctor is an extremely unempathic man that did nothing but ask me a list of prescribed questions regarding my undiagnosed adhd and then suggested I contact my GP and get an official screening! Why do ypu think I was there, sir? After sharing so much personal information with such a cold and unhelpful person who did not give me one valuable insight, I was wishing someone had written a review like this for me to read before I booked this appointment. If you think you will be heard and given any new information, insight or a prescription to try based on meeting Leroy, you will leave no better off than you were when you came in, and you will have met a person with a terrible bedside manner. Good luck, my fellow mental health seekers!
