The staff at the desk were friendly and efficient. The nurse that helped me was very kind and knowledgeable. The doctor was friendly, took his time with me and explained everything to me. Overall, a very good experience and I would recommend this office.

Dr. Sawyer was very friendly, down to Earth, kind, and communicated well. I fully understood what he was teaching me about my eye sight and what to look out for in the future. I even ordered my glasses right then and there which was very convenient.

Yes. I will schedule an appointment with this doctor whenever I need an eye doctor (optometrist). The staff was friendly and the technician did an outstanding job preparing me for the doctor. This was one of the best doctor visits I have ever had.

It was a great experience by it being my first time there to be seen. They were very friendly and welcoming. I arrived way too early for my appointment but they still saw me before my scheduled time. They ran lots of tests to assure me that they were looking at every possible treatment.

The doctor was excellent! Great interaction. The greatest issue is the waiting time! The staffs are super nice and friendly but they are extremely slow. I got a feeling they do things at there pace and not care about clients time. Minimum 2 hours wait time to finally see a doctor.

The staff and doctor are great but I was there for three hours+-with over an hours wait for the main doctor causing me to miss getting my glasses ordered because the optometrist went home. It costs me over$250 per transport and they told me I'd have to come back--all because of the delay in seeing the doctor. I was told it would be 20 minutes or less , but was over an hour. Extremely frustrating and will cost another,$250 for transport.

It was great seeing for the first time. The facility is clean and they have high level of quality of equipment. And the staff’s are friendly and helpful. My doctor, he is young but incredibly knowledgeable . He is a good listener and communicative. He understands my concerns and he spokes clearly.

Be my first time with bifocals (progressive) and I often have issues adjusting to new glasses. He gave good advice and did not sugar coat or dismiss my concerns. I am excited to return and plan to purchase my new glasses at their office, which is very convenient.
