I’ve been trying for a couple of weeks to speak with someone in the billing/insurance department but can never get anyone on the phone. It is so frustrating calling and sitting on hold for over an hour still not to speak with anyone. The ophthalmology experience has been fine but the administrative side of the house has been horrendous. Because of this alone makes me want to move on to another provider. I would not recommend mid florida eye based on my experience trying to get on the phone with someone from billing and insurance.
