I was having a major dental issue and Dr. Lau was able to get to it and fix it right away! I was able to be seen, diagnosed, and was in surgery the next day. He and his staff were very good about making me feel comfortable and after it was all done, were very thoughtful about next steps. Wish I found this dental practice from day one after moving to Northridge. After the visit they reminded me of my experiences while serving in the US AIR FORCE. They look at you as a person not source of their income which is prevalent in private dental practice anywhere in America. An honest dental practice is hard to find and they are honestly the best in my experience after 24 years of military service. My wife and I have found our perfect dental practice to go to for life. Thanks so much to Yuliana for the incredible service. The best dental hygienist ever!

Dr. Lau and his team were great! They were all very kind and gentle. The assistant taking the X-rays was sweet natured and my hygienist was awesome. She gave me a quick lesson on what she was about to do before doing it and checked on me periodically to make sure I was still comfortable.
When Dr. Lau came in and he was very professional and had a fantastic bedside matter. He was more thorough with the examination process than any other dentist I've seen. Dr. Lau was also the first dentist of mine in a very long time to listen to me, validate me, and actually include me in the conversation regarding my dental health.

I arrived after what had been over a week of tremendous discomfort and concern over two dental procedures at another dentist, and was very pleased to find that Dr. Lau and his staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgable and patient in explaning exactly what was doing on with my teeth and what needed to be done to correct the issues. An adjustment made by the dentist to an ill-fitting crown was made and it feels much better already. Mid-Valley Dental is a bustling hive of activity, with a very cool atmosphere, nice furnishings, cutting-edge technology, good music, the works.

Disappointment was actually for my 91 year-old mother. The office staff was very polite, kind considerate, and patient.
They had to refer us to a surgeon that day were able to get us an appointment.
My mother will have said that they were very gentle and kind with her and that we definitely will go back for our follow up appointment

Went in for tooth pain. Dr. Kayla diagnosed my issue quickly, explained how it needed to be fixed, she did a procedure and immediately relieved my pain. The whole process was done in a very calm comfortable manner. I will definitely be going back to Dr. Kayla in the future and highly recommend her.

I thought Dr. Kayla was awesome the first time I visited her. I went in for a minor emergency, I had chipped my front tooth, but she was very quick and especially helpful in fixing my tooth so you cant even notice the chip at all and it didn't hurt one bit, great personality!
Luckily, since then I have been able to schedule numerous exams and cleanings, and I always feel like she is giving me her honest opinion and helping me get the best dental care I can.
Unsurprisingly, she also has been a huge help with my TMJ pain - I am a big teeth grinder and constantly clench, but she introduced me to botox injections, and helped me literally cure my tmj pain, now I regularly see her to get my botox injections in my jaw muscles that are so helpful in reducing that pain!
Very easy to say she is the best dentist I have ever had - I will definitely be going back to see Dr. Kayla and the rest of the Mid Valley team.

Had an amazing experience with Dr. Kayla Lau. She was so sweet and kind and really wanted to make sure I was comfortable.
