Nina was very good listener. She asked questions to better understand the situation I was in so she could help more effectively. Believe me it was a lot. Nina was also very sweet and understanding as well as the staff. I had a problem with my insurance, the staff was well trained and knowledgeable, told me how to solve the issue and within 10min i had seen the PA. I thought I would have to come back but no it was fixed. I would definitely recommend this doctor office to anyone. I have NJfamilycare they take it here, Nina, PA.

I will definitely go back. Nina answered a question that some MD’s and DO’s could not answer when I asked them. Very impressive.

Nina is a young NP/APN( which I adore). I am not sure if the day of my appt was an off day for staff in the clinical area or what. Overall Nina was very pleasant all through out. Bedside manner was phenomenal, however below were some side eyes throughout the visit, which aren’t terrible but needs adjusting.
1. Nina greeted me from the waiting room with gloves on ??????? I didn’t say anything
2. She seemed really nervous/anxious, in and out of the room during my visit.(unprepared although my appointment reason stated why I was there)
3. The GYN/ROUTINE PAP assessment could have been more involved( I laid back and she put in the instrument uncomfortably….probably due to her not doing a finger assessment first to check my anatomy).
I expressed my past GYN history and although I was not looking for recommendations/suggestions nor were they offered or discussed more in depth.
Please take this as positive feedback and not bashing. Thank you

Nina was excellent and really attentive and specific with her care. It was a very good appointment and I left with a clear understanding of what to take care of in regards to my check up and general health moving forward.

The office was very neat and inviting..very "roomy" atmosphere. The entire area smelled very nice. PA, Nina Chacko was very friendly, professional, and helpful. She listened to me. I was provided a plethora of information from her to help assist with my needs. The office hours are flexible. I would definitely recommend this office and PA Chacko to anyone.
