The staff was pleasant, the waiting area was open and felt even homey and not like an awkward, tight hallway like most places. Roxanne was great, she is the first person I felt actually listened to me and she definitely was the first to actually come up with a treatment plan. Instead of just telling me to watch my stress & exercise.
