I hate this doctor let me go into why, first we discussed him giving me meds he never sent to pharmacy, then the expensive medication he sent came to his office and they never contacted me and when I contacted them they didn't know where my medication was. So no one followed up with me mind you this medication cost me 1775.00 when they did find it because I called everyday and was on top of them they made me a appointment almost two later I'm so mad

Great first experience, I feel very comfortable going back! The staff were all very helpful and patient with my questions. Everyone was very friendly, and all in all very quick. I never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes during any part of my appointment. Dr. Butawan-Ali was amazing, she was very easy to talk to and listened to my concerns/preferences. The office itself was easy to find and overall, very clean. Would definitely recommend!

The doctor was great, very friendly and answered my questions. However, the front desk staff did not smile, do not greet me, just not much personality walking into that office. It was not a very welcoming office, luckily the waiting area was clean and cozy otherwise it would’ve been uncomfortable.

Dr. Butawan-Ali is AMAZING!
She takes the time to listen to everything I want to talk about, answers all my questions and explains everything to me, is kind and friendly — everything you want to experience in a doctor visit. I feel heard and understood, and like she truly cares about me and my health concerns. I don’t feel rushed or like she is on a time crunch.

Dr. Ali and her staff are truly amazing. Her nurse even takes time to check on the patients and talk about life prior to the Dr. Ali coming in. They always listen and address any concerns I have. Dr. Ali has never rushed through my appointments and ensures I am very comfortable and educated about any procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Ali! She is the best!

I highly recommend Dr. Taylor! I have bad medical anxiety, but even I found her very calming and helpful. I couldn't believe how quickly she did my exam. She answered all of my questions in a clear and supportive way, and scheduled follow-up testing right away--I was even able to get in for a mammogram 15 minutes after my appointment with her! All of the staff at the clinic were very kind, and the clinic has lots of nice touches, like a comfy pillow on the exam table and gowns that were actually kind of cute!

They were both exceptional, kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring. They made me feel comfortable, listened to my concerns, and provided outstanding care.
