Overall the visit went well and the dentist I saw was very nice. Although I was told my insurance was accepted, it was disappointing to be given a high co-pay for a visit that barely lasted twenty minutes. I arrived early and was seen more than 15 minutes after my appointment.

Great dental practice and provider. There was no wait and they called me to see if I wanted to come in earlier to give the doctor enough time to work on my broken tooth. Prices seem very fair for Manhattan.

The entire office staff was very friendly, from making the appointment to getting checked in, which was extremely quick. Dr. Clay was very welcoming and discussed options for my overall dental goals. Violet, the technician who did my cleaning is amazing. She was so friendly and thorough, not only with my cleaning and comfort level, but with advice on how to better treat my teeth. She explained what she was doing as she did it and I like that type of care so that I can learn how to maintain my oral care better. The chairs also massage you and that's a nice plus!
