They are not an in-network provider with Guardian insurance. When asked, they say that they participate with insurance, which is not the same thing - you owe money as if they are an out-of-network provider. Staff is really nice, but they were very misleading about this.

Amazing staff from the receptionist to the dentist. The dental assistant Tiana (apologies if i am getting the name wrong) was so wonderful and the hygienist, I think her name is Elmira who did my cleaning was god-tier. 11/10. Hands down best cleaning I've ever had. Dr. Bassily was really nice and thorough and answered all my questions as basic and silly as they were. I've been to a few Dentist offices but this was the best. Can't wait till my next visit

Dr. Bassily is the best dentist I've ever been to. I've always been scared to see a dentist so I've bounced around to many offices over the years but I've finally found my dentist. He is kind, listens to my concerns and makes me forget I'm at the dentist. We watch the T.V. in his room and listen to good music. Everything we've done was painless and very well explained ahead of time. I will never switch again Dr. Bassily is the best.
