I visited Dr. Patel as a new patient for a routine cleaning, and I truly appreciated her thoughtful approach. She took the time to explain each step of the process and the reasoning behind it, which made the experience both informative and reassuring. At my previous dental office, cleanings were typically performed by a hygienist with little to no explanation—just a quick procedure with minimal interaction. Dr. Patel provided a far more engaging and educational experience. Thank you, Dr. Patel, for delivering the kind of care every patient deserves.

The staff was very friendly and respectful of my time when I mentioned that I needed to be finished with my appointment within about an hour. The process went very smoothly, even as a new patient!
The only snag was that I accidentally entered the wrong office because there is another Dr. Patel on the same floor in the same building. The other office was open when I arrived to my 8:00am appointment a little early (around 7:50am) but Midtown Dental Group's office was not yet open. This was a little confusing, but likely not a problem for any later appointments in the day!

I came in with pain around one of my wisdom teeth that was coming in. I was scared going in as I've had bad experiences with really dismissive dentists in the past. I explained this to Neysha and said that I wanted to get all the information and just understand what is happening and why and she was SO nice and understanding. She was super receptive and answered all my questions and made sure to make me comfortable to make my own decision.

Amazing people, service, and experience. It's been a very stressful week for me dealing with a broken crown + infected root canal, but Midtown Dental really made everything as easy as possible.
One thing I really appreciated was their transparency - they were thorough in explaining everything, and did not sugarcoat anything, which was nice for me to know.
Doctors were great but everyone else in the office was equally as great - special shoutout to Liz!
