I had a great experience with Dr. Irina. The office was very clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. As a new patient, I immediately felt comfortable.
I had a cleaning and later a fairly complicated filling, and Dr. Irina was incredibly kind and gentle throughout the process. She even made sure to give me breaks so I could rest my jaw, which I really appreciated. One of the best dental experiences I’ve had—highly recommend!

It was my first visit to a dentist in NYC. And it was a great experience. It was a deep cleaning and Irina explained the steps and always was checking if I felt comfortable. She cared about my dental health and gave me good indications to keep it healthier and what treatments might be needed in the future. I recommend her and her staff contacted me previously to ensure that my insurance was accepted.

The visit to this dentist office was (as it has been for many years) absolutely perfect from start to finish.
I had various dental conditions and the staff were extremely competent, professional and personable (while they sorted out forward scheduling) to book me within a reasonable time period to address all my dental needs.
Additionally, both the Dentist and her assistant were very very concerned with giving me close attention to my immediate dental procedure (even while the office was very busy that day) and addressed my concern about sensitivity to tooth pain as well.
Overall, the dentist and all her staff treated me with the utmost professionalism (while maintaining a superb bedside manner), and I left the appointment very satisfied, while looking forward to my next visit (and who do you know ever looks forward to going to the dentist, lol)!
I highly recommend this dentist - and can say that you will be very happy if you choose her for all your dental needs!

She was nice. However, they rescheduled me for an hour later without reaching out to check if that was okay. Then, I had to wait an extra 45 minutes after that once I arrived on time. They got the job done though, and she was nice. Just not the best timing-wise.

Loved my experience here. Marina made me feel very comfortable as it was my first time visiting this location. She took her time doing my cleaning and provided me with a lot of new insight into the state of my teeth. I really appreciate her attention to detail and going out of her way to explain everything to me. 10/10 would recommend will be back soon.

I would not recommend this doctor to any working professional. My appointment was scheduled for 2 p.m. At 2:56 p.m., the doctor came out to tell me it would still be another seven minutes before she could see me. I wasted a full hour of my lunch break. The wait time in her office is outrageous. It's extremely disrespectful to waste people's time the way she does. I was extremely unhappy with my experience here.
