Most relevant

Dr. did not try to connect with the patient. Seemed hurried, which made it hard to absorb directions. No written instructions. After a full body check, I had to ask what condition my skin was in. She did take care of the problem on the side of my face.

Could not be seen w it h that provider due to insurance. Office waited until I finished all paperwork before telling me I could reschedule with another provider on another day. Office had time to run prior authorization on insurance before appointment.

The doctor was very observant knowledgeable. Her bedside manner wasn’t great. I also waited forty minutes after my scheduled time for my appointment.

My first visit with Dr. D'Sa was a 10 out of 10. She was personable, listened to understand, asked great questions and was efficient. Dr. D'Sa has a high EQ, which I appreciated. I'm glad I found her.

Zocodoc way too many texts reminding me of my appt. Once I confirm I do not need 50 texts and emails.........especially 5AM in the morning. This office also has a central call center for multiple office. Impossible to get directly to the office you need to contact. Very Very frustrating situation. The doctors are great, office not so great
