Dr. did not try to connect with the patient. Seemed hurried, which made it hard to absorb directions. No written instructions. After a full body check, I had to ask what condition my skin was in. She did take care of the problem on the side of my face.

Could not be seen w it h that provider due to insurance. Office waited until I finished all paperwork before telling me I could reschedule with another provider on another day. Office had time to run prior authorization on insurance before appointment.

My first visit with Dr. D'Sa was a 10 out of 10. She was personable, listened to understand, asked great questions and was efficient. Dr. D'Sa has a high EQ, which I appreciated. I'm glad I found her.

Zocodoc way too many texts reminding me of my appt. Once I confirm I do not need 50 texts and emails.........especially 5AM in the morning. This office also has a central call center for multiple office. Impossible to get directly to the office you need to contact. Very Very frustrating situation. The doctors are great, office not so great

The experience was great. I usually have hesitations about going to the doctor's office because insurance companies (United Healthcare) can be very fickle with what they approve and I didn't want to pay out of pocket for the procedure to remove a small milia. The front desk, assistant, and doctor were all super respectful about it and knew that for small procedures like mine it can be difficult to get the insurance company to cover the cost and worked with me to get it resolved. Their office genuinely gave me some confidence and hope that the entire medical industry isn't out to get as much money out of you as possible.

This office is amazing! I was able to get in for an emergency appointment, that arose overnight, with no problem. There was minimal wait time once I arrived, just a few minutes. The staff was friendly, and the office was clean. The assistant for my procedure was very understanding and supportive of my concerns, and truly a lifesaver during my procedure (thank you Cat!). Dr. Nessel was also very understanding and kind, and I felt heard. As we all know, bedside manner is paramount! My treatment was explained thoroughly, and my procedure went well. After having been to another practice, and having a bad experience, this is so important. Not feeling like "just a number" and being heard, really matters. I will definitely be returning for my future care, and will highly recommend them to friends and family!
