Midwest Physical Rehab LLC
Midwest Physical Rehab is a private locally owned outpatient physical therapy clinic. We specialize in a holistic hands-on treatment approach called Myofascial Release that treats the whole body. We spend 45 to 60 minutes one on one with each client, and you will always be treated by a physical therapist.
We specialize in treating: Low Back Pain, Neck Pain, Chronic Pain, Fibromyalgia, Headaches, TMJ, Post-Surgical Rehab, Work and Sports Injuries.
We have extended evening and weekend hours available by request.

I have been having back pain for more than 3 years and did lumbar decompression treatments & pain management. After seeing Jim for 2 months my back is finally pain free, where as the other treatments I had tried did not. I'm a believer now that my fascial release work, and wish I would have found Jim sooner.

His hands on care for fibromyalgia is 2nd to none. My past experiences with corporate or hospital physical therapy offices have been disappointing.
