If I could give this office 0 stars I would. First the receptionist asked if I was there to see the doctor, her name is Lady. I said yes and then signed in. I waited for over an hour, after I asked about the wait time, I was told, “you don’t have an appointment”. I showed them the confirmation and appointment I had on my phone from zocdoc and they said that they never called me to confirm the appointment. Which is THEIR fault. But the receptionist kept trying to blame me for some reason. She then also tried to say that the previous receptionist who checked me in, in fact did NOT ask if I was there to see Lady. Which she did. They are incompetent and harmful to patients. I was going for a heart problem and not only did they not even see me for an appointment I made but they tried gaslighting me and blaming me. If you value your health or sanity NEVER go here.

So kind and thorough. She answered all my questions without rushing and was very empathetic about my concerns. She reassured me that if she couldn’t run the tests needed to figure out what’s wrong, she would point me in the right direction so I can get answers. She also explained that while she usually advises patients to wait a week before calling for test results (since some take longer than others), she didn’t want me waiting longer than necessary, so she encouraged me to call in three days. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness and care.

Lady is an excellent nurse with a perfect bedside manner. I never felt awkward and appreciated the meaningful discussion about my career and liked that she shared a bit about her life in a discussion about mental health services. Often healthcare settings can feel sterile, you feel like a number, somebody anonymous. I felt cared for and listened to and never demeaned. One can be professional but inject their own personality into their work, if that is what you want this is the nurse for you.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Rosalina Guerrero. She was incredibly attentive and took the time to thoroughly listen to my concerns. She methodically ruled out various illnesses to pinpoint the correct diagnosis. I felt genuinely cared for and never rushed during the appointment. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a dedicated and thorough doctor.

The doctor was kind and answered all my questions. She was not condescending like some doctors can get about my not wanting to take meds, and that I'd rather use a more natural approach concerning my health care. She was however a bit young and could not enter into my thoughts about health care at my age of 70. She admitted that she only knows about medication to help control bp and other things that are more related to getting older. I liked her and will go back for my follow-up.

I cannot say the same for Zocdoc. It lists the Dr. as a endocrinologist which they are not. Zocdoc wasted my time and the Dr.'s.
