It was a waste of my time .The office staff moved like they didn’t care waited a while 30 mins after my scheduled time just for the desk lady to tell me “uhh your a new patient that’s a lot of paper work y didn’t u tell me “.So I had to cancel my appt after being there over an hour .i got over looked because I wasn’t Haitian.Would never go to Boynton office again .

Waiting room was too small. People are on the phone for long period of time and so loud, receptionists did nothing about it. Do not schedule an appointment if you have other errands for the day. Expect to wait for at least 2 hours.

This visit was my first time visiting an OBGYN. I'm 18 years old for reference. The doctor is amazing and the front desk receptionist is helpful, attentive, and amazing! I got there a 12 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment time as it was directions listed and was seen around an hour or so later. There is no AC at the moment I believe, so it was very warm in there. Nonetheless, great doctor, great assistants, everything was perfect.

For a first time, everything went well with the entire staff. Dr Wilkens is very nice, good listener, asking relevant questions about the reason why I visit him, showed empathy when I shared some personal information. At some points, he can make you laugh.. He started the conversation in English, I answered in my language, Haitian Creole, and he immediately switched to it.

I had an appointment scheduled on zocdoc , somehow when I arrived no one was aware of it. Nurse Marcelin was nice enough to let me in. She was a professional and my visit was fast and easy. I will definitely recommend friends to Dr. Mondesir clinic.

That was the shortest wait time I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office! Doctor was very personable and explained a few things for me (it was a basic yearly exam so I kind of knew the drill). Office was clean and staff was friendly. Would recommend
