Dr. Donovan is excellent ophthalmologists; I highly recommended him if you are looking for an ophthalmologist go see him, he is very professional and know what he is doing.

I was very happy with my first appointment with Dr. Donovan. He was kind, professional and took the time to explain everything to me. I feel comfortable, going forward, with him as my new eye doctor. The staff were also very friendly, professional and helpful.

Milauskas is a very good practice, but this optometrist was very cold. He acted like he was annoyed & hated what he was doing. Very unfriendly & did NOT communicate well at all.
I will continue to use Milauskas but next time, I will not use this optometrist!!

I thought I was going to have a $10 copay for a routine eye exam so I could reorder contacts but was charged for a “contact fitting” even though I gave them the exam contacts I need to order and all they did was a routine eye exam that I get every time I go to the eye doctor with no extras that would qualify for a more expensive charge. Otherwise the staff was pleasant and the exam was done on time.

Initially upon arriving I was told I didn’t have an appt. The receptionist sat on the opposite side of “Check In”
Didn’t greet but the upsetting thing is I was told Dr wasn’t available at my appt time only for emergencies and that I could return that afternoon.
I was on the wrong email so I couldn’t find my ZocDoc confirmation. I then realized and switched emails only to find she had canceled my appt as I walked in.

Dr was great, but there was a strange delay about halfway through and for an eye appointment and ordering glasses two hours is a pretty long time but they are extremely thorough and the doctor was great and funny
