From the moment patients walk in the door to the moment patients leave, our team at Millennium Medical Care Reston strive to provide effective treatment in a comfortable atmosphere. When it comes to treatment, we will help the patient relax and remain calm. Our goal is to examine the patient, diagnose the condition and recommend the most effective course of treatment. While some conditions may only need one appointment and a few days to recover at home, other conditions may need a follow-up appointment. We will go over each patient’s individual treatment schedule during the appointment. Our team can also make changes to a treatment plan if it becomes necessary.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Kim and will visit her again if needed. She was a clear communicator, listened carefully and kept me informed to her plan of care as it developed. Both she and her staff were kind and empathetic.
I was impressed that her staff reached out to me prior to my visit to clarify the purpose for my visit.
Also, the office was spotless and the decor was very nice. Parking was plentiful including many handicap spots.

It was so much easier to get a doctor's appointment than a physical location. Not having to commute to a facility was also helpful for a patient with limited mobility. The instruction for video meeting was so simple. No apps needed. Just click the link and test device for camera & microphone.

My appointment with Dr. Xinye was wonderful! She truly listened to all of my concerns, took the time to answer my questions, and made me feel heard and cared for. I never felt rushed, and she was both kind and compassionate throughout the visit. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor who genuinely cares about her patients!

She is absolutely AMAZING! So sweet, very attentive, and very diligent during our visit. She listened, examined, and ordered follow ups for all my concerns and she was very patient and informative, and thorough during our visit.
She also has wonderful bedside manners - I was so happy and impressed after our first visit, I even decided to continue with her as my primary physician, moving forward. It’s rare to meet kind doctor’s who take their time and actually make you feel heard, cared for, and properly attended to. 10/10 would highly recommend!!!

Provider did well but office didn’t follow up. Prescription hasn’t been delivered on time. We had to wait over 12 hours to get it and go back to the office to finalize. Not efficient nor committed from back office. Very disappointed service!

My virtual appointment was scheduled for 3:40 PM, by 3:55 PM I still had not received the link, so I called the office and was informed that the provider was running late. I informed them that I have not yet received a link and was told a link would be sent within the next five minutes. I then received a link asking me to write and review my visit, but no link to sign into my appointment. About 20 minutes later, they called me back to see if I had received the link which I had not and they said they would send it again, but never did. After that, I went about my day and decided I would schedule with a different provider. I later received a voicemail saying I would be charged a no-show fee from their office.?
