Welcome to Millennium Park Medical Associates As a Internist, Dr. Khan provides long-term, comprehensive care in the office and in the hospital, managing both common and complex illnesses of adolescents, adults and the elderly. Internists are trained in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer, infections and diseases affecting the heart, blood, kidneys, joints and the digestive, respiratory and vascular systems. Dr. Khan is trained in the essentials of primary care internal medicine, which incorporates an understanding of disease prevention, wellness, substance abuse, mental health and effective treatment of common problems of the eyes, ears, skin, nervous system and reproductive organs. Dr. Khan started Millennium Park Medical Associates, SC in 2005 with her first office location in the downtown area of Chicago then expanding to a second and third office location in 2019 in the Lincoln Park area and Greenwood Village area. Our provider is currently on staff with Swedish Medical Center and Sky Ridge Medical Center. At Millennium Park Medical Associates we appreciate the importance of spending the time to understand the patient’s concerns and desired outcomes. We make this a priority for each patient during their consultation. We try to create an atmosphere where patients feel comfortable expressing their problem, asking questions, discussing the medical plan and the expected outcome in a very detailed, concerned and compassionate way. Please Be Advised: We have 24 HOUR CANCELLATION FEE $150 for New Patients & $75 for Established Patient If you do not cancel within 24 hours a charge will incur
