Mind & Body Renew Medical Spa & Psychiatry
At Mind & Body Renew Medical Spa & Psychiatry, care is approached differently.
Many patients come in after trying multiple medications — still dealing with anxiety, fatigue, poor sleep, or feeling “off.” In many cases, the root cause isn’t just mental health — it’s hormonal imbalance, stress physiology, or underlying medical factors that have been overlooked.
Charisse Fullwood, PMHNP-BC, provides thoughtful, medically-guided psychiatric care for high-functioning adults who want more than quick medication management.
Her approach integrates:
• Advanced psychiatric evaluation
• Hormone and metabolic & peptide considerations
• Sleep, stress, and nervous system regulation
• Personalized, precision-based treatment plans
This is a concierge-style experience — not rushed, not transactional.
⸻
✔️ Ideal Patients

• Burnout / “wired but tired” feeling

• Hormone-related mood changes
⸻

My charrisse was such a great help. 2026 is going to be a good year. Thanks to her.

I waited for 30+ minutes in the waiting room and didn't get seen at all. I couldn't wait any longer as I had to leave to pick up my partner from work, so I'm incredibly disappointed that I was unable to be seen when I had even joined the waiting room 5 minutes prior to my appointment. If I book again, I'll be sure to block out my calendar to wait.
