Mind & Metabolism

Mind & Metabolism is an outpatient psychiatric practice serving teens and adults across Washington State. We offer medication management and psychiatric evaluations via telehealth statewide and in person at our Lakewood, WA clinic. We treat anxiety, depression, schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, insomnia, postpartum mental health, and behavioral problems associated with autism and dementia. We work alongside our patients to ensure individually tailored treatment plans because we understand that one size does not fit all.

Elizabeth has been exactly what I needed, exactly when I needed her. What I appreciate most about her is the way she truly listens, meets you where you are, and creates a space where you feel heard and understood. The ability to do therapy online changed everything for me. At the time I started, the thought of going into an office felt overwhelming. Being able to begin therapy from a place where I felt safe made it possible for me to take that first step. She validated what I was feeling and gave me the space and support to recognize that I was stronger than I realized. She helped me see that I could do this, even when I wasn't sure I could. I believe that without the option of online therapy and Elizabeth's support during that time in my life, I would still feel stuck. I’m grateful I found her. She has made a meaningful difference in my life, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate, understanding, and supportive provider.
