Mind, Body, and Soul Counseling is an integrative mental health practice that serves teenagers and adults. Topics of expertise include: addiction, family and divorce, trauma, and LGBTQIA. We are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion and create a safe and affirming space for all identities and experiences. The practice will send you an email to complete intake via Simple Practice. The Intake form must be filled out completely prior to your appointment and a credit card must be provided as per the practice’s cancellation policy (cancellations must be made before 24 hours of the appointment). Also, there are no psychiatrists or other providers who prescribe medications at this practice.

It's only my first appointment with her, but I think she is wonderful. I felt comfortable talking to her, which usually for me the first appointment is always so awkward. She listened to what I was saying, helped when I needed it and was honest and up front. Very welcoming.
