The provider couldn't hear me over the TV in the background. She was talking to other people in the room next to her. When she could tell I was getting annoyed, she started loudly shushing them. The video call ended. She called my cell phone and I couldn't hear her over the yelling. Another person was in the room while she was on the phone discussing my son's medical needs.

Ms Joseph was compassionate and a great listener. I am grateful for MsJoseph, I hope I can see her as my provider, she is concerned about my health ad my mental state. Please allow me to keep her and do what it takes to keep Ms Joseph with lifestance. I have had numerous providers, please allow me to keep one provider that way we can get to know one another an f help me instead every month its a different provider. Thank Ms Joseph ??

Ms Joseph is wonderful. I was recommended to her thru my primary care physician. She is always on time and her bedside manner is alway kind and feels natural. Ms Joseph talked thru my concerns of past medication and has worked with me to find a comfortable dosage. I have recommended her to others as well. She is an asset to whatever company she may work for.

Very nice and very helpful and understanding! She understood my situation and helped me right away and explained all that was needed in the future to continue care. It was a welcome surprise! Seen too many doctors and nurse practitioners lacking bedside manner and general empathy for patients. And this visit I left with a smile and not tears!

I waited an hour. The contact number didn't work and it took CS to get her on the visit. She was the dr recommended when I asked for a specific appointment. The specialty was listed under her. Then she tells me she doesn't do it. All that time for nothing. First experience on here and I'll never be back
