Mind Cafe NP in Psychiatry & Acute Care provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management and supportive psychotherapy for Adolescents and Adults. This practice operates as BOTH out of network and with limited participations in Insurance plans. We are in net work with Aetna Commercial Plans and Medicare. We are an out- of - network provider for United Health Care (UHC) PPO plans and may accept other out of network benefits. Appointments requested through Zoc Doc are considered pending until confirmed by the practice. Completion of registration and intake paperwork may be required prior to the visit.
