Mind Care Therapy
MindCare Therapy is an intentionally small practice built on the belief that healing happens through relationship. We take a trauma-informed, schema therapy approach—helping clients understand not just what’s happening now, but where their patterns and coping mechanisms first took root, so change can be sustainable rather than surface-level.
Our work draws on person-centered principles, empathy, and a strengths-based lens, alongside CBT and mindfulness where useful. We offer individual therapy, couples counseling, and adult ADHD assessment for clients seeking clarity on longstanding struggles with focus and follow-through.
What sets us apart is who we center: women, minorities, LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, and differently-abled individuals who haven’t always found therapy spaces that felt identity-affirming or culturally attuned. Being intentionally small means fuller attention, not a caseload you disappear into.
We believe you don’t have to explain yourself twice here—just show up as you are.
