This was without a doubt the most seamless visit I’ve had with a medical provider. After seeing neurologists for years, I switched to a psychiatrist. After my first visit with Dr. Nnaeto, I only wish I made this switch sooner. My previous providers were impossible to get in contact with for records, scheduling, or refilling prescriptions. During my first visit, my prescriptions were called in and my next appointment was scheduled, all while this being fully virtual. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for either a new psychiatrist or to make the move from a neurologist to a psychiatrist.

I live in NJ. This provider service NJ but is moving to TX in 3 weeks. He listened to my case and said my case is complicated and could not help. He could not provide a direct referral to someone who could. He told me to look for resources in the community. Considering he specializes in Autism I was hoping for more concrete referral versus an I don’t know. Even if he is relocating- I don’t this his plan move should limit the information he shouldn’t already have. I am so disappointed. I even asked him to do the research by checking with others in the field. He did not want to invest the time to act like he care. I am grateful I did the initial call. It would have been a disaster if adult child - who is vulnerable- called. How would that have made him feel if a doctor with the specific speciality replied- you are in a tough situation and I don’t know. ????
