I got a pre and post call that was odd. The initial call came less than an hour before telling me the provider was 30 minutes late. She was also extremely quiet. Actual appointment was well. After, I got a barrage of call from the same number as the pre-call, asking for a review. It feels dystopic to do that for a mental health appointment, I won't come back

It can be difficult to talk about trauma or triggering events, but she listened and connected with me on a personal yet professional level to work through these things. She was a great listener, asked questions that pertained to my issues and helped me understand reasons behind them. I’m trying new medication so fingers crossed it helps me.
