This was my first day and when she noticed, I was anxious she asked and checked in with me throughout the appointment. She also was able to explain to me with clear communication so I had better understanding. Helped set up my next appointment and explain to me people that might message me to also help set up appointments. I was very comfortable and felt heard ?
