She made me repeat myself several times about which medication I was on, what my history was, and just flat out, wasn’t listening to me. She was trying to recommend the medication that I’m already on, even though I told her I was already on it so it was obvious that she wasn’t listening. She was not a very clear communicator and didn’t ask for any of my history except for the last medication I was on and then proceeded to recommend them. She also was telling me to look up my own information on the drug because she thought I “seemed like someone who needs to know everything” which I found offensive. I barely spoke most of the interaction and then she hung up on me and tried to call me back several times and when I would answer, she would hang up again. Very unprofessional, I felt very unheard, I’ll be disputing the charge on my insurance because nothing got done. Very very disappointed.

I originally rated this appointment really highly, but after how she treated me at the second appointment I will never re book. She didn't listen to a word I said.
This provider does not listen to you. In the two appointments I had, she answered personal phone calls twice. Once while I was literally crying ?? I booked her via self pay to get my meds before my insurance kicks in on the first, but she couldn't make sure the pharmacy had said meds until after the 1st, and acted like I was bothering her when I texted about it. Don't waste your time if you want someone caring, who listens. She also sent the wrong dosage for the SECOND time after I repeatedly told her what my prior provider had prescribed. I wouldn't recommend this woman to my worst enemy.
