Welcome! I am Nelsy Villalobos LCSW, a licensed mental health provider with a masters degree in social work and over 12 years of clinical experience. Our setting is a small group private practice, where your provider is your direct contact and the experience is very personal. We employ the latest scientifically and evidence based treatments such as trauma focused treatment, mindfulness-based CBT, DBT, and Traditional CBT to help treat the above-mentioned problems in a safe, culturally sensitive, and non-judgmental environment where you and/or your child can feel safe and can find support and healing. We specialize in treatment of both, adult and childhood disorders. We treat behavioral problems in childhood, depression/anxiety/ptsd in children, BPD (through dialectical behavior therapy), narcissistic abuse (see recent trainings/continuing education courses),PTSD (through trauma-focused interventions and through EMDR), Anxiety and Depression (through CBT and mindfulness-based interventions).
