I was asking for help coming off benzodiazepines. She tried pushing Suboxome to me. I do not use opiates. It’s like she wanted to harm me. I wouldn’t send my cat to this woman

Your app lists this physician as a therapist- SHE IS NOT A THERAPIST, she is a psych nurse practitioner.
I needed a therapist; I already have a great dr that Rx psych meds for me.
I shouldn't have to pay for this appointment nor should my insurance be billed; this appointment is not at all what you had advertised.
IMPORTANT: The ARNP was GREAT. I had a nice chat withhet; this bad feedback is for ZocDoc NOT the provider.

I think I’ve already left a review but why not leave another since the app is asking lol I very much appreciate the provider I see. Appointments are quick and easy to book. Minimal wait time. They’re good about figuring insurance out beforehand. My insurance kind of sucks so my visits aren’t covered but it’s still an affordable price and she was great about making sure I was well informed of everything in that regard. Anna is a great listener and is very thorough and knowledgeable. She will listen and answer any questions you have. Highly recommend.
