Mr Ezra Molina was absolutely understanding, kind, and professional. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns. He asked me questions that were so important to my healing journey. There was never a time during our conversation where I felt I was burdening him or bothering him with my emotional instability. Mr. Molina even supported me when I had mistake in my appointment for 10 AM. He gently nudged me with a 9 AM phone call, reminding me. Seeing as this forgetfulness is a manifestation of my disability, the fact that I wasn’t shamed or scolded was absolutely amazing. He understood instantly and was nothing but kind. We already have scheduled appointments for the future, and I cannot wait to meet with him again. 10 out of 10 experience.
