It is difficult to recognize you need help, and a bigger step to seek it. I could NOT HAVE PICKED A BETTER HEALTH PROVIDER. She and her staff proactively worked to secure my faith in a process I once feared as an embarrassment and failure. I am blessed to have found them. I know the reader knows nothing about me, but I cannot express how humiliating and loathsome I thought about seeking mental health assistance. I was wrong. If you can side step your ego or whatever is holding you back, please try Mindful Therapy. It improved my life It’s true.

She is understanding, caring, and compassionate, but most of all she comes across as a real person (not just as a therapist) and adds a warm, personal touch to our sessions. It wasn't a pleasant experience tried for a week to register on the site and didn't work. I notified the company and counselor and didn't receive a resolution. I was asked to change my original appt to later and I did. No one told me it was zoom so I had to download at the last minute and I had to pay before joining the call all for the appt to be canceled. I really hope if I was charged already that I get reimbursed immediately. When someone is seeking help for mental health it should be alot easier.
