Catherine is not only the nicest human in the world who actually cares so much, but her assistant Krysthel is too. She replies so fast, and works with you to get whatever you need figured out. I always feel comfortable reaching out because I know this team will listen. Miss Catherine’s practice embodies the definition of patient centered care. She used her expertise and prescribed meds for me and went through a trial and error journey with me, while being kind and honest. We ended up figuring out the perfect combination of meds, and I feel stable and less depressed, with less anxiety. If your video chat isn’t working, she calls. If a pharmacy didn’t get the prescription, she writes another one. I’m so grateful I met her. I honestly cannot recommend her more. If you are looking for a provider who cares so much, give this team a try.

I was already feeling lower than I ever have in my life, and after my appointment with this rude person, I feel even worse and hopeless for the future. Mohammed was dismissive and uninterested in hearing me explain how severe my ptsd has gotten. He called me a liar when I told him what medication I was on, claiming that he could “see everything about me” as he read to me my patient prescription medical record (which does not medicines given to you or prescribed by an inpatient detox or hospital). He stated he “would not prescribe me any benzodiazepines”, which I told him I went to detox for after being dependent on for 13 years. I began to cry as I had to interrupt him to state I was not even looking for a prescription but was merely wanting to find ways to understand my symptoms… Also, during the entire 20-minute appointment, I could see in the reflection in his glasses that he was more interested in watching a football game, and walking away from the session to tend to his dog.

Mo is probably the best psychiatric practitioner I have ever seen. He was quick to think of a new medication that fits my situation much better than the generic solutions my PCP or other psychiatrists had come up with. I'd recommend Mo to anyone looking for psychiatric care.
