Though it was easy to find a Dr thru site there’s issues w/communication from Zocdoc to Dr office. Appts. Can be overbooked or non existent causing cancellation and patient left frustrated. **Dr Hirsch’s office staff was extremely understanding, eager to assist with appt. Issue.
Dr Hirsch herself listened, didn’t feel rushed or judged. Very comfortable speaking with her.
