The customer service is terrible, unprofessional, and rude. I arrived for my appointment and they said I didn't have one. They're not professional at all. I would never recommend this place; that's why people don't go there.

If you’re looking for a provider who actually listens, this is her. After feeling dismissed by my last provider, seeing this provider was a breath of fresh air. Kristen took the time to listen, validated my experience, and made sure I felt supported every step of the way.
She was remarkably attentive, thoroughly explained my medication symptoms, and went over emergency resources so I felt completely prepared. The appointment didn't feel rushed at all. Truly the most supported and heard I have ever felt by a provider.
