The provider never contacted me with the video link. She never answered or returned any of my office calls. We never had the appointment. I would never book with this provider again.

I booked an initial consultation through zocdoc which I expected to be an in depth evaluation. It was not that at all, no questions of my symptoms were asked. Verification of my previous diagnosis was not requested, I received no evaluation to confirm a diagnosis of any sort. The call was short, maybe 10/15 minutes. I was then told I needed to book a follow up in two weeks so meds could be prescribed and the provider could go over my documents. (There were no documents to go over). I had a follow up 2 weeks later, the call was short again, no real questions about my mental health. Provider went over the meds they were prescribing, said it would be at my pharmacy the following day. The prescription was never sent, it has been a week now and I cannot get ahold of the “office” or the provider. No return phone calls, no explanation of anything. I paid out of pocket and feel like I have been scammed. I am confused and frustrated. My advice is steer clear if you’re looking for actual care.
