Once you confirm your appointment, I'll reach out by phone and/or email to communicate details regarding the new patient process. You'll receive intake paperwork from our electronic health record (Charm) that will need to be completed before the actual visit.
I specialize in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions, but also provide bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), laboratory analysis, weight loss, peptides and integrative care. While comfortable with treating all psychiatric disorders, my specialties include Anxiety, Depression, Stress, OCD, PTSD, Binge/Emotional Eating, Men's Health, ADHD and Insomnia. My focus is to create a safe, collaborative partnership for improved emotional health and success. In practice, I use an integrative approach and combine holistic therapies, medication, and counseling all in a patient-centered fashion.

I really like the therapist that I see! It’s very convenient for me to have a session when i am done with work 9pm and I can still do therapy even if it’s a different time zone.
