Felt heard and understood, more than I had been with my own pcp. Very welcoming and kind!
George rescheduled my appointment ?from the original time that I scheduled it. He then never followed up with a link to join a video call and would not pick up the phone at his office line or his personal line. I never met with George despite my text messages to him being delivered. Very odd very unprofessional.
