At first, I thought the appointment was going to be alright. The psychiatrist seemed nice initially, but as the session went on, she came across as nonchalant and uninterested. This was especially disappointing because I was genuinely seeking support for my mental health. After the visit, I contacted her a few days later to ask that information be sent to my provider, something she had told me she would do. I never received a response, and my call was never returned. There’s no other way to get in touch with her, which only added to the frustration. I felt ignored and unsupported during a time when I was trying to get help. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this provider based on the lack of follow-through and poor communication.
