I made the appointment and unfortunately the doctor never showed up. I got to the online meeting 10 minutes early and then waited another 10 minutes after the appointment should have started. No contact no cancelation the dr just didnt show up at all. Very disappointing

During our initial session, we discussed the procedures for the therapy sessions. I was informed that the initial session was an assessment to determine next steps. Miss King attentively listened and encouraged me to continue despite my constant apologies; I believed I was providing too much. Though I was often talkative, she stayed patient and kind. At the session's conclusion, I felt my concerns were acknowledged and heard.
