Has appointments on Zoc Doc that the doctor and office are completely unaware of. No phone numbers worked in reaching them. Never was seen by the doctor or rescheduled by the office.

I never received a link for my appointment. I called multiple times and the office phone line says to “Dial 800” to talk to someone but the line goes straight back to the machine answering system. I left my phone number and email with the chatbot which said the office would call me back, to which I’ve gotten no outreach. Very unprofessional practice, would never book here again.

Even this early in our doctor-client relationship, Dr. Kinsborough picked up on the gradual patterns and emotional strain I’ve been dealing with; things I hadn’t fully recognized in myself until he reflected them back to me. That clarity made me feel more confident about the future and the choices I need to make. He listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and framed things in a way that brought perspective I didn’t realize I was missing.
What stood out most was his insight and the calm way he communicates it. It was reassuring to feel genuinely understood, and that alone brought real relief.
He also offered clear support for the steps ahead and made it known he would help guide me through the process. I left the appointment feeling grounded in the direction I need to go, and I’m continuing care under him.

Very happy with my first appointment with Dr. Kingsborough. I felt at ease with him almost immediately and felt a sense of familiarity when speaking with him.
He was very genuine about wanting to understand the full picture and I know others will feel the same. It’s clear he’s in the right profession and will help a lot of people. I left feeling understood, hopeful, and with a clear plan moving forward. I’ll definitely be continuing care with him and would highly recommend him and will be referring him to people close to me.
