The in-person sessions I've had with Katie helped me on my journey to managing anxiety more effectively. She is an excellent listener and guide. The sessions have helped me find a space to find and develop my own answers and strategies.

I enjoyed my experience. The office space is nice and quaint. I was offered a cup of tea before coming in, and I thought that was a nice touch. I felt like it was an open and inviting environment. I definitely loved having her for my first session!
