Feeling overwhelmed, anxious or irritable? Are you currently seeing a psychiatrist or your primary for medications but don't feel like you're being heard? I am here for you! Accepting new clients for in-person and telehealth psychiatric care at Minnesota WellCare. I am a Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in mental wellness and psychiatric medications. My practice focuses on empowerment and hope. I am here to help you be your best self. I see clients ages 15 and over for depression, anxiety, ADHD, substance abuse, PTSD, insomnia, and other psychiatric disorders. I will help you understand your diagnosis and treatment options, including medications and lifestyle modifications. My background in Internal Medicine gives me the unique perspective of understanding how the whole body can affect one’s mental wellness. I am happy to work with your therapist to ensure you are on the right track towards achieving your goals.
