I went in with very specific requests and was immediately helped! All of the nurses were so friendly and considerate, and the provider made me feel very safe and cared for. Would definitely go back to her again!

Horrifyingly bad experience.
Transgender intersex - was cussed out by the receptionist just for showing up. Staff also used profanity/slurs within earshot of me without asking any form of question as to the purpose of my visit - bizarre, horrible and unsafe experience.
Have perfectly valid vaginal health concerns (born with not surgically created), that were not addressed and I was automatically rejected/asked to wait in below 0 temp outside lobby for my ride.
This was clarified to staff well in advance and they apparently both did not receive the communication or send me any clarifying info. Humiliating and unsafe.
Office also claimed communication and appointment cancellation that I have 0 record of?...
Horrific experience, did not feel physically or emotionally safe dealing w/ front office staff as a gender minority due to my intersex status...
Will be seeking a different clinic for vaginal/body health concerns in the future and urge others to do the same.

Doctor was very nice however I was there for my annual wellness check and I had to ask her to complete a few tasks (look over the skin on my back) that I assumed were a part of my overall wellness.
When I scheduled my appointment, I requested lab work to be done. I came in prepared and she quickly changed gears and got me into the lab but I felt the entire visit was a bit unorganized and rushed.

the office is very clean and inviting when you go in. the staff takes care of you right away and there is free coffee, tea, and water in the lobby. Megan was quick and concise. she laid out all of my options for me and helped me decide what was best for me.

Megan is the first dermatologist that I’ve seen that didn’t dismiss my concerns. She was very knowledgeable about medication and OTC treatment options and we came to a decision on a treatment plan together. She gave me a printout of products she recommended to assist with the prescription. Megan wanted me to get lab work done before prescribing medication and I was able to get the lab done there 15 min after my appointment. I had a great experience!

I would definitely go back to Coreen for future visits. She explained everything she was doing so there were no surprises and listened thoughtfully to any concerns I had. I did have a few questions and she took some extra time to answer them and get me additional resources that could help. Kind, relatable and super knowledgeable; would definitely recommend if seeing an OBGYN makes you anxious or if you're overweight because she is an advocate for overcoming fatphobia in the medical world. She is also an advocate for systemic change in the medical world regarding the allocation of medical services to those in need. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone -- best experience with a doctor that I've had in a while!
