In pain? We offer same-day emergency appointments — including Saturdays. Toothache, broken tooth, or any urgent dental issue: call (210) 944-4220 and we'll get you seen as quickly as possible. Tooth pain can't wait, and neither should you.
We believe dental care should feel good. Our practice pairs modern technology, like digital scanning and precise diagnostics, with genuinely gentle, judgment-free care. Dr. Marii practices whole-health dentistry, looking beyond your teeth to how your oral health connects to sleep, breathing, and overall wellness.
Your visit will never feel rushed. We explain everything in plain English, and we'll always tell you what you need, what can wait, and what you don't need. If you're anxious about dental visits, you're in especially good hands — most of our nervous patients tell us they wish they'd come sooner.
We offer comprehensive care for the whole family, including exams and cleanings, veneers and cosmetic dentistry, clear aligners, dental implants, and teeth whitening. We're open Saturdays for your convenience.

Can’t say enough about Dr. Malagayo and the hygienist Stephanie. They were both super attentive, knew what I needed, had read my file so knew my background, and were ready to help. They both put me at ease immediately and I really feel like I found someone who cares, wants to help me get to where I want, and is showing me the clear steps we’ll take to get there. Sometimes in dentistry I just feel like a toothy ATM, but not here. Here I really felt like they’re putting care first…which is how it should be.
