Mint Medical is a single-physician run practice that focuses on lifestyle change for treatment of disease. Through affordable all-virtual visits, Dr Thomas Jarman will focus on treating you as a human being instead of as a list of medications used for problems. Mint uses the nutrition-focused platform Healthie to offer: - all-virtual visits - next-day messaging with Dr Jarman - the option to share your smartphone's tracked health data such as steps, heart rate, exercise, and more. Dr Jarman will work with you to develop custom plans to treat or prevent illness, including custom phone-notifications and other tracking options to help you meet your goals. While Dr Jarman prefers lifestyle medical intervention for most diseases, he is also a family physician who can prescribe medication for a wide variety of medical conditions. Prescriptions and labwork will generally be covered by insurance despite virtual visits being paid for out of pocket.
